Therapy for Preschool-age Children

As a child psychologist specializing in early childhood, I work closely with preschool-age children and their families to address behavioral challenges and strengthen parent-child relationships.
My Goal

My goal is to help young children build emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence while empowering parents with the tools they need to support their child’s development. Through a structured, supportive approach, I create lasting improvements in family dynamics and help children thrive at home, in school, and beyond.

Parent Child Interaction Therapy

PCIT is conducted through "coaching" sessions during which you and your child are in a playroom while the therapist is in an observation room watching you interact with your child through a one-way mirror and/or live video feed. You wear a "bug-in-the-ear" device through which the therapist provides in-the-moment coaching on skills you are learning to manage your child's behavior.
