Helping Young Children Thrive

In-person specialized therapy for preschool and elementary school-age children.

My goal is to help young children build emotional regulation, social skills, and confidence while empowering parents with the tools they need to support their child’s development.

As a dedicated Maryland-based bilingual child psychologist specializing in trauma, I am committed to helping children and families navigate the challenges that come with difficult life experiences. I also work closely with women who are facing stress-related issues, providing a compassionate and supportive space for healing and growth.

Services

Therapy for All (Virtual and In-person) In Maryland

Preschool-age Children

Three to Five Years Old

I work closely with preschool-age children and their families to address behavioral challenges and strengthen parent-child relationships. Using Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I guide parents in developing effective communication, positive discipline strategies, and nurturing connections with their children.

Adolescents

Thirteen to Eighteen Year Olds

I provide a safe and supportive space where teens can express themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and build the confidence needed to handle life’s demands. Through a collaborative approach, I also work with parents and educators to ensure adolescents receive the guidance and resources they need to thrive both emotionally and academically.

Elementary-age Children

Five to Twelve Year Olds

Through a supportive and individualized approach, I provide children with the tools they need to build resilience, improve focus, and manage their emotions in healthy ways. I also work closely with parents and teachers to create consistent strategies that support each child’s growth both at home and in school.

Adult Women

Eighteen+

Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, I help women process past experiences, build confidence, and develop the skills to set healthy boundaries and advocate for themselves.
